Due to the prevalence of COVID-19 and newly instuted measures by the State of Oregon, our team at Ruby Peak Realty has instuted some new measures to protect ourselves, clients and community. Our office is no longer open for walk-ins. We are working remotely and implementing social distancing. Please call our office at 541-432-5000 or any of our agents directly on their cell phones. We will answer any of your real estate questions and can schedule an in-person meeting if needed. The real estate market is still active, and we are still available to show property and take new listings. Social distancing measures our company has implemented are as follows:
- We will drive separate vehicles to all showings.
- We will keep to social distancing guidelines by staying 6 feet away from clients at all times.
- We will not meet with anyone if we are sick and we ask that you extend us the same courtesy.
- Clients will not touch any surfaces during showings, and agents will be responsible for disinfecting any touched surfaces after showings.
- Our agents will wash their hands regularly and utilize hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available.
- If you are uncomfortable with any of the above precautions, let us know and we will be happy to discuss them with you. Our clients' health is our top priority!
