Original dark wood accents are around the windows and also on features retained from the 100 year old bank. There are 2 vaults on the main level and a third in the basement. They can still be used for security or just a classy storage but they are certainly conversation pieces as are the Carrara Marble wainscot and bank teller stands that are built into the interior. An original intricate 1” x 1” patterned tile floor covers most of the main area with carpet and laminate wood floors in some areas.
The main level has a workshop that has its own street entrance and it could easily be a separate retail or office space. The work shop has great lighting and a loft area for additional work, or office space. There is a sink on each level. The main part of the building has a bathroom.
The building has a brick exterior that has been well maintained and the roof had an IB 60 mil membrane installed in 2010 that has a 15 year warranty. The sewer line from the building to the city was upgraded in about 2013. The building has a forced air oil furnace heat and a Lennox air conditioning system on the roof. Both have had regular maintenance. Additional blown in insulation was added in the ceiling to R-38 and in some walls to R-15. There is a security system that is monitored by Safeguard in Enterprise OR for $45 per month.
The building speaks to integrity and quality and that will convey into the presentation of any business that operates within.
